WHAT:
This is a quick, easy, inexpensive way to get your questions answered. There is no intake paperwork, no commitment, no drama, and no judgement. Email or text me anytime between 9:00am-6:00pm PST and if I have the space for it, we can chat- phone, texting, email, zoom- whatever you prefer and we have available for use at the time. These are on the fly sessions and cannot be booked more than a day in advance. If you want to schedule a casual Q&A session for a specific amount of time- you can email me and book it directly - the cancellation policy applies for all set appointments.

HOW THIS WORKS - Sign up once, then text or email when you want to talk
1. Email me your request, I respond with the rules.
2. Read the rules, sign them, and select a payment option.
3. You get an email back with my direct contact information.

THE RULES:
You sign up once and your card gets charged after the call. This is a good option if you want to learn more about Ayurveda or herbalism, have general questions, want a reading, or if you want to get to know me before you commit to a formal intake or package. I will not give specific advice without a formal intake, but I will provide a motivational or educational support. You are responsible for keeping track of the timing. If you are not having fun, it is your responsibility to end the call (which you can do at any time) - no refunds. '

It is very important for you to understand that these sessions are educational only. I am not a doctor, I am not a nurse, and these are not formal Ayurvedic sessions. This is merely a format for us to get to know each other and for you to ask any question you like.
First Consultation- The Details
In depth, full Ayurvedic and Herbal Consultation

WHAT:
An Ayurvedic consultation includes a highly detailed intake process and analysis. We discuss your social, medical and family history, diet, lifestyle, addictions, traumas, home and family life, friendships, community, spiritual life, and emotional and mental health. I take 2-3 days to meditate on our session then email you resources and recommendations. At the end of a session I will often give you a homework assignment along with 1-2 simple solutions which is my expression for small changes that can have profound results if practiced daily. I recommend that most people set up a casual Q&A with me first to make sure we are a good fit for each other. A 20 minute follow up is included in the price.​

HOW THIS WORKS
1. Email me your request, I respond with paperwork.
2. Return the paperwork, after I review it, we coordinate a time to meet.
3. We have our session either in person or via zoom.
4. I send you resources and recommendations after 2 days.

THE DEAL & THE DISCLAIMER:
I practice Ayurveda and Dharma, I am not a doctor by any stretch of the imagination. I do not speak or communicate in terms of allopathic disease diagnosis. My goal is to educate you about the topics I have experience with, provide teachings, resources and recommendations, and encourage you to take charge of your own life and decide which course of action is best for you. I do not tell you what to do and I do not make an decisions for you. It is your body, your mind, and your life. I support, guide, and am a resource for learning.
Cancellation policy: If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time you are responsible for paying for your appointment. If you cancel prior to the 24 hour mark, no big deal. If it becomes a habit, you won't be welcomed back. I respect you, you respect me. That's how this works. If I have to cancel our appointment, for any reason, you get a full refund and a $50 credit when you rebook. Exceptions (for you and for me): Death in the family, natural disaster, medical emergencies (yes I require a note, and will provide one to you should it come up)
